New Defibrillators in Upton Parish

Upton Parish Council has purchased and installed two new defibrillators at St Crispin Community Centre and the Elgar Centre. The units should be live within the next couple of weeks.

It is with great sadness that we learnt of the death of our Chairman, Cllr Shaun Pape yesterday. Shaun had served on the Council for very many years and will be sorely missed.

Our thoughts are with his wife and family at this very difficult time.
